Laura and Fonda in Mandarin treated me for spinal stenosis which caused terrible pain in my back, right hip, and sciatica. Their gentle approach diminished my pain significantly while seeing them. A few months later continuing with their exercises, I only have pain every now and then. I had seen a group before them who pushed me too hard and my pain did not improve.
